LDF, borne from the aspiration of the IA Group, is created to support the development of talents and leaders, as part of the nation building initiative, for the region. LDF approach is to understand the organization’s requirement and design a structured development program for their leaders with specific behavioral based outcome measurement.
In LDF, we engage with various organizations through thought leadership sessions with senior Management; understanding organizations leadership visions through engagement with the directors and interactions with emerging leaders.
